This happens with any scene I create or those shipped with POV-Ray.
Have checked all files but can't seem to find this one.  Minor bug as I
see it.  When using the editor in v3.1, right click on editor screen and
choose Properties.  This brings up Windows properties that has 4 tabs to
it.  When choosing Keyboard get a message:
Access violation at address 0098858B in module 'CMAX101.DLL'. Read of
address FFFFFFFF

Trying any tab after this creates the following:

Have tried this numerous times but get the same invalid page fault with
