Oh !  I remember myself in 1994, printing the plain text of POV 2.1
docs. I made a mistake with the sheets, so I had the odd pages printed
in the back of the even pages, upside-down, and in reverse order !!
To diminish the thickness of the thing, I used a 7-point font, and was
spending hours flipping the binded "manual", while practicing the 
left-hand-coordinates-aerobics !
