It is not a misrepresentation. 3.1 is included for all platforms currently
available. Phrased another way, a platform isn't supported on 3.1 until such
time as we release it. I find your suggestion that I 'misrepresented' this to
be offensive.

I wasn't talking to you. I was talking to sta### [at] ozemailcomau, who
specifically asked about inclusion of POV-Ray on a CD.
