Hi,

I am quite new to the IRTC procedures (Yes, my first submission!) and
would like to get some introduction (hints ...) for the voting. 

Is it better to view through all the pages first?
What kind of criteria do you use for the different voting aspects?
And so on ...

Any help appreciated,
