I'm looking for a vendor who will take my targa output file (or other
format that I can get out of PSP) and create photo-quality prints. The
print runs I'm looking at are 1-10 prints, so a low setup cost is a
must.
Most of the places I've looked at either want high volume, or only do
300dpi, 256 color printing. Local to Raliegh, NC is great, but
mail-order
is fine.
