Feature request this time.

I have an idea to add small section on every page at www.povray.org called :
"Do you know ..." (similiar to the tip in WinPOV GUI) with some various hints,
tips&tricks, links to most interesting posts with technics or tutorials, links
to famous artists. It could use cookie similiar to image of Hall Of Fame to
prevent repeating of tips. It could be short (ten words) placed on
the right side of page below "persistence..." (as Moray link on main page). If
it would be overloading in pages creation it could be placed only on main page
as another section. Search could be also performed on those tips. Page for browsing
tips could be also designed. Tag members could have permissions to add/remove
entries to this knowledge base with links to the most interesting pages
or posts on news server. Some examples for content:
