I think you're close, and need minimal rearrangement.


You can pick a single background for COEXIST and not have it change.
Have the full Latin phrase already on-screen.
Have the website somewhere - in small black text at all 4 corners, along the
bottom of COEXIST, wherever.  Just have it be there the whole time so when
people scan the screen, it's there.

Have the voice-over simply narrate a translation of the Latin - and have the
translation be your transition to the English text.
Then perhaps enlarge the website text, increase its brightness, emission, or
fade everything else so that the the final visual leaves no opportunity for
distraction.

Now that you have all of the elements, they ought to be somewhat easier to
(re)arrange.   I'd pencil-and-paper a lot of this, and maybe come up with 2 or 3
variations for people to choose from.
Speaking from experience:
It's less about what you "like" and more about what works.

Think of all the annoying dancing-baby animations and click-bait crap that ---
apparently work.   They suck, but people must click on them for whatever reason,
and that's the point.
