POVColor 2 Alpha 16 has been released.  New features are as follows:

POVColor 2 Alpha 15

1.  Updated ExprEval to 1.7, enabling ExprEval to report the parse error
position of an expression string most of the time.
2.  Updated POVColor to use ExprEval 1.7, enabling expression dialog to
select error most of the time.

POVColor 2 Alpha 16

1.  Added a texture preview mechanism to the colormap and expression
dialogs.  PNG images under the preview directory are used as the texture
source.  The colors in the map are used with the grayscale values of the
image to create a tiled preview.  Several sample textures are included.
