I realize this may be a nitpicky quirk of little or no consequence, but its been
bothering me that we use the #declare but we always refer to it as #define like
when calling #ifndef or #undef.

Can't we rename #declare to #define or rename #ifndef and #undef to #ifndec and
#undec?

I had lots of issues with "declare" because I kept trying to use "define" or
some other synonym...

I was just thinking about this the other day, and being able to construct
aliases for ANY command, like in a Unix shell, would be pretty useful I think.
