When does this PovComp finish?
I was searching it on the povcomp.com but I think I doesn't appear.

Make sure you realize that's Australian Eastern Standard Time.  You will 
probably want to make sure that you don't wait until October 15th to submit 
your images, since Eastern Australia is likely several hours ahead of your 
time-zone.
