In order to fix my installation of POV-Ray I tried the suggested command line
parameter: pvengine.exe /INSTALL
but i got error with both versions (3.6 and 3.7).

For version 3.6 (installed at 'F:\Instalation\POV-Ray for Windows v.3.62\bin')
the dialog shows:
+------------------------------------------------------------+
+ Could not find the following file:
+ 'F:\Instalation\POV-Ray for Windows v.3.62\ini\pvengine.ini'
+ Try module path
+------------------------------------------------------------+

after press OK, the new dialog shows:
+------------------------------------------------------------+
+ Could not find the following file:
+ 'F:\Instalation\ini\pvengine.ini'
+ Cannot install settings
+------------------------------------------------------------+

The "ini" folder in the sub-folder where the EXE was installed is always empty
since the files are put in the %user_profile%\my documents\POV-Ray\v3.6.
Maybe it should to be added for searching too.

For version 3.7 (installed at 'F:\Instalations\POV-Ray\3.7\bin') the dialog
shows:
+------------------------------------------------------------+
+ Could not find the following file:
+ 'F:\Instalations\POV-Ray\3.7\renderer\povray.ini'
+ Use path of running EXE?
+------------------------------------------------------------+

after press YES, the new dialog shows:
+------------------------------------------------------------+
+ Could not find the following file:
+ 'F:\Instalations\POV-Ray\3.7\renderer\povray.ini'
+ Cannot install settings
+------------------------------------------------------------+

As we can see, in version 3.7 despite it try looking for the file where the EXE
was installed it is using an wrong (unexistent) path - "renderer".

Thanks
