Here is an animated manikin made from Fabien Mosen's excellent macro and the help of some of you.

The animation is made with PCG (Patrick Curve Generator)
The sequence is made of 11 definite postures interpolated into 20 images.
I used Rhino ( once again ) to get the correct angles for the joints.
