I just downloaded the new Tom Tree and had the same problem. WinRar gave me 
these messages:
!   C:\....MorayTomTree.rar: CRC failed in MorayTomTree.htm. The file is 
corrupt
!   C:\....MorayTomTree.rar: Unexpected end of archive
Thomas, it looks like you are talking about the Grass and Flowers Plugin, 
not Tom Tree.

Tried to download the .rar file (96kb) and got the message
C:\....MorayTomTree.rar: Unexpected end of archive

So... seems to be a problem for Keith.... :-(

Hmm, cant get it to upload without corrupting so if you want it, its in 
moray.binaries.
