Can anyone point me in a direction for making clouds, not the kind that are
painted on a surface with a texture map but rather a three dimensional
floating cloud that has the characteristics of a real cloud. I want to float
one over my terrain sculpture.
thanks

Media is one way. Stacked planes are another. People also use blobs or
isosurfaces but these two seem to be the most popular.

very very good, and some may have posted the source to pbs-f - getting moray
to spit out the equiv code may be fun though
