Using QuickView (standard Windows thing), it appears that for the debug
version originally posted, you need MSVCRTD.DLL, MFC42D.DLL. [May be
available from MS web site]. It appears that Keith posted a newer version
that uses the standard MSVCRT.DLL and MFC42.DLL. You should probably just
go for that.
