Not as far as I know.

group  (topic: cloth simulator v0.3.1). It's the best I have seen yet
regarding cloth and Pov. That's the one Tony(B) mentioned in p.b.i. btw.

There is also a patched version of Pov, called ClothRay. You should be able
to track links down in p.unofficial.patches.
