This isn't specifically a response to your message, but it would be useful
to be able to search for IRTC entries based on any of the standard
Headings, such as TITLE, NAME, COUNTRY, EMAIL, WEBPAGE, FILE NAME, JPGFILE,
ZIPFILE, topic, RENDERER USED, with the results being shown in a format
like the Viewing Page.

Perhaps limitation on "date" of submission, size of image, etc.
