Why on earth would you want to compile the Unix version for Windows, if
there is a native Windows version?!?

Because the native windows version has a gui that pops up everytime you start it
(i dont want that) and you cant control it from the commandline as good as the
unix version.
if you can tell me, how to use the windows version exactly like the unix
version, without gui and with the same commandline-arguments and the same
output, i'll be happy :)... if not i shall try to compile it under cygwin.

Yes! I remmeber, the compilation is perfect but you run it and it has a problem
with expressions. I found nothing debugging and it was the Visual Studio. With
djgpp would be near to impossible, but it is supposed to compile and run because
it IS the released code. Add it to my list of SABOTAGED PROGRAMS. You do not
consider it sabotage? It is. You have a working version but code will not run as
is without errors. The compiled version also has issues. My first
compilation/porting of POV RAY had NO ISSUES, but it was years ago in a computer
that crashed and/or was robbed later.

Lite FM NY, has just placed some stupid ActiveX in my laptop after NOT
downloading a video and now ALL my windows have transparency but a green square
is underneath a corner and NOTHING can be read through it.

DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THIS WAR IS WORLD WIDE AND AGAINST CHINA BECAUSE CHINESE
ARE CRETINS AND CANNOT THINK? You d better reply like men, or computing will be
the _dream_ of some cretin schizophrenic Chinese wanting to wow his descendants
with ....magic....

Really want to know? But it is not personal, is the realization that if
something happens, I want my socks made next county and not in China as almost
EVERYTHING else I can or may buy is. Particularly after I concocted some
economics-biology model and made some history adjustements and became convinced
that Chinese have trouble with accumulation, you know, it is just TOO MUCH
software so we can get rid of some of IT, Occident is just TOO MUCH so we can
sabotage it, Humans are just TOO MUCH so we can retrogress them... And since
they are known for killing girls... And... And... And maybe they give too much
importance to India, whom are another similar issue. To me this software is
_sabotaged_ considering my previous experience with it and the several days I ve
spent without solving my simple IDE problem.

You mean... you cannot make this compile and execute a program without having
somebody pushing (you are not the original programmers, nor the conceiver of the
idea), but you think you can deny several years of most novel and consistent
science? What happened to my last post in this thread? No need of these words if
nothing wrong had been happening, right?

You do realise that this is a free program maintained by volunteers in
their spare time? No one has the right to demand a feature nor a bug repair.

Rants should be posted in Off Topic.
Please try to make them understandable using Standard or International
English with proper joined up sentences.
Proof reading before you post is a good idea.
