The above subject appears every time I open, close, render in POV for Windows
3.5. Anyone have any ideas's how to correct this? The rendering still comes
out fine just gets annoying after a time.

3.5 is old, the bug may have been already fixed. Try the latest 3.6.1.

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall? Have you tried a Registry Cleaner?

I use 3.5 in combination with Moray, but I never met this error.
