I've created a 6600x5100 bitmap (about 96M) and want to print it. I've
tried gimp and it is so slow with an image that size that it is unusable.
What's a good program to print with?

Gimp can process much larger images without problems. Make sure you
have set up a reasonable memory configuration (Gimp has its own tile
cache to handle the image data) and that your computer is powerful enough.
