Is it possible to render one frame with more then one computer using pov
ray? If not does anyone know of a produce that could do that?

Yes, you can split rendering to specific lines using INI options (through
command line or command field in toolbar) as described in manual. You can also
automate it with tools like http://www.it-berater.org/smpov.htm
