You'll need a Win32 compiler (borland has a free one somewhere) & the
Windows sources from
ftp://povray.org/pub/povray/Official/Windows/povwin_s.zip
Then go to the tutorial section of my web page - see sig
Or you could modify POV such that files in a certain directory are added
to the toolbar & ask for this in 3.5
