As all (?) people in this newsgroups understand English, but for sure only 
a few
understand German, it would be nice if you could at least post in English a
nd German
:-)

There is no problem to translate the POV - docu. As i know do not need a
permission. But your translation will be unofficiell and not supported by the
POV-Team.
