features in MLPov, (specifically HDRI and AOI)
will be included in the next official Povray ?

These are new features from view of 3.5 so they can't be included in 3.51 since
as it was stated in a few posts it is planned to be bugfix release. But for sure
they can appear in popular patch packs.
