That depends on what 'stable' means to you, a lot of the additional
features are still in work so don't expect everything to work perfectly.
NTL there are no serious problems that prevent you from using it, the
'traditional' 3.1 and megapov features all work.
Also note that AFAIK the current megapov plus is not based on the latest
megapov release (0.7).

The bottom line is that, unless there are features specific to megapovplus that
you need, you're better of with using megapov. Actually, IMHO, you're better off
with pov 3.5(beta), since then you won't be required to relearn a different
syntax (once again, assuming that there are no features specific to megapov that
aren't avail. in 3.5).
