With Megapov mcp it seems that I always have to declare the library path in
every ini file (even c:\programs\pov bla bla 3.1\include). Why doesn't it
recognize the ini path stored in the main ini file of povray?
Besides I noticed mcp crashes every time I use the isowood include file.

Like the unix version, The cygwin compile searches for an ini file:

- specified by POVINI environment variable
- ./povray.ini
- $HOME/.povrayrc
- POV_LIB_DIR/povray.ini where POV_LIB_DIR is set to
/usr/local/lib/povray31

You therefore only have to place a povray.ini in the same directory as the
executable or specify a POVINI environment variable.

That's a known problem occuring with black_hole warps using turbulence.
It also occurs in Megapov 0.7.

Vahur Krouverk made a fix in PovMan 0.71, but i did not yet have time to
include it in MCP.
