downloaded it, unzipped it, copied it into the \bin directory
started it up and dropped the "nappe" example into a buffer saved and
hit "render"

crash

"object or directive expected but undeclared identifier 'simcloth' found
instead"

what am I missing here? can anyone take pity and help?

You mean 'error' and not 'crash'?

I could be wrong, but I 'think' the problem is you have an old version of
'nappe.pov'. This was mentioned a while ago, and a new one was uploaded to
the site.

I've posted a version which should work in povray.binaries.scene-files.
See 'jim takes a nappe'

I certainly did. I guess I consider scene files to be programs loosely and so
to have "crashed" when they get an error. I won't let it happen again.

Well I downloaded the night before. Actually I first tried Christophe
Hormann's compile without success so then tried the povman compile last
night. I downloaded the documents Sunday I guess. The shader language part
works fine, at least through all the example files.

Thank you kindly. (Jim's been taking nappes all too often lately since they
upped the dosage.) The example code I am afraid, took another "error". Still
searching for the cause. I need that patch! Want to try it with anistropic
shader!
