how do i get textureview to find megapov? it seems it only recognizes
the pvengine.exe file, except for some reason, it isn't pointed at it.
there is a thing called exists.exe in the pov-ray folder (the folder
textureview IS pointed at). i wonder if this little program tells it
where the installed pov exe is. any ideas folks? or maybe i should
just rename the official version and then rename mega to have the
official's name?

Sorry, no, exists.exe is for POV-Ray looking to see if a file already
"exists" I'm pretty sure.
If I still had TextureView installed I could help, but sorry again.

This is the best option (unless you are also using hamapatch - has support
for & MegaPOV may look for megapov.exe)
pvengine-official.exe & pvengine.exe (MegaPOV)
