From the contents, clicking on "3. Finish" generates an error (the
sub-headings, 3.1, 3.2, etc. seem okay).
Just checked - this error is fairly common on top level headings. Even when
it doesn't occur, you are often taken to a blank page (e.g. "1. Camera")
