I really like the way the we can select 2 include folders from the
interface. However, it's a bit clumsy when working on multiple jobs to
be navigating all around multiple drives switching include folders.

Could the interface employ a LIST of include folders? We could add
include folders to the list and then just choose the one we want without
hunting it down, kinda like adding and activating a font in ATM.

It would sure speed things up for me!

Yes, this bug will be removed in 3.5.
