I am the kind of used who still uses modellers for most POV work.. not
the most technical person out there.. I couldn't code my way out of a
wet paper bag if my life depended on it :)

I've been playing around with the patch for a while, and I've had fun
with the simple to implement things, like the reflection blurring and
the new crackle stuff.

What I would like is simple example files to fool around with, rather
than only the snippits of code which I have a little trouble with
getting to work right. Nothing major, just splines set up showing how
they work, or a UV mapping example, or the parametric stuff (including
isosurfaces.)

I know I am not an advanced user, and I should try to study the manual
more. Still... it would be a major help! I understand better by seeing
and tinkering than by reading and studying.

Any of these files out there?

Fior example, the splash screen was a great help in understanding how to
set up the procedural heightfields and the sphere sweeps...

One of these days... I encourage anyone who has done anything that
nicely demonstrates a superpatch feature to send it along. I just
put them all in the same package; I don't pretend to be any good at
using them.
