Hello. I was wondering why the SuperPatch commands don't highlight like
the official commands. Perhaps they could highlight in a special color,
that indicates unofficialness. Or maybe I'm doing something wrong. (I'm
using a Wintel platform.)

The highlighting is built in to the POV editor DLL, which cannot be built
without a copy of the codemax development kit.  Since I don't have such a
thing, I can't change the highlighting.  What that means is, only official
keywords get highlighted.  So you're not doing anything wrong; it's just
a limitation we all have to live with.
