The dll files can be downloaded at the download section of MegaPOV at:
http://megapov.inetart.net/
The direct link is:
http://megapov.inetart.net/povdll.zip
Simply copy the two dll files to the \bin\ directory of your official
POV-Ray copy (where your MegaPOV executable is)
