A new syntax highlighting definition for POV-Ray is available for the
KDE editor kwrite/kate:

http://kate.kde.org/hl/

If anyone else missed this like I did, the new, KDE 3.2 version of kate
has indentation-based code folding!! Thanks for the syntax highlighting
definition, Christoph.

Nice work, the code-folding in kate & kwrite is very powerful for managing
complexity.

But can someone please tell me how I can execute a command line with a menu
option/hotkey/button click in kate/kwrite. I hate having to have a
terminal open all the time!

Thanks
Caleb

X is a piece of software for displaying multiple terminal windows on one
screen.

Wow, X you say? where can I download it? Is it big? Will it let me launch
a shell command from a button-click in kate like I asked?
