After some work and various small changes to the code, POVColor now compiles
just fine on Linux.  I've tested the build with Ubuntu 7.04 and wxWidgets
2.8.3.

The sources for the build are not yet available in a single file, but can be
downloaded from SVN at
https://svn.povcolor.sourceforge.net/svnroot/povcolor/trunk

A configure script is used which will create the makefile and build the
program.  The tested configuration is a unicode build linked statically to
wxGTK.  It requires a compiled version of wxWidgets (optionally installed)
in order to build.  If wxWidgets is not installed use 'configure
--with-wx-config=/path/to/wx-config'
