There are quite a few. What platform are you using, windows, mac, linux,
etc? Moray is popular, with reason, for Windows. But there are also
non-povray specific modeling tools such as Blender, Wings3D, Silo, and more.

While that list is certainly huge, it seems to be hoplessly out of date.
You can also check the pov-wiki at http://www.wikipov.org/ - there's a
modelers page and you can add new links too.

Also, don't overlook the simpler modelers, like sPatch (a bicubic_patch
creation
tool, that can export to POV-Ray.). It's old, but I happen to like it for
its ease of use. You can build very organic-looking objects using just
points and curved lines. Plus, it's free.
