is there a complete EBNF for PovRay out there ??? I need it for a project at
my university.

Then you misunderstood something. This is neither a complete guaranteed to
be complete grammar for POV-Ray, nor is it strictly an EBNF.

OK, my fault, I have to ask better questions. Here they are: Is there
any document that describes the whole SDL? Can the SDL be defined in BNF
or is it not possible because of its structure?

Nobody has tried yet. I would say it is probably not possible.
