holds a list of bugs. 

Is it correct that those bugs in the category 
"Known bugs in POV-Ray version 3.5 that will be fixed in soon"
have already been fixed in the devel version?
(Or at least that it is known how to fix them?)

Yes, they are fixed in 3.6.
