There have been several threads in the group about people attempting to
write GUI extensions using VB6. I was wondering if anyone actually made
some progress. If I understood things correctly, the big question was if
you could get away with an ActiveX DLL instead of a regular DLL (since VB
can only compile the ActiveX flavor). I'm in the midst of searching through
the MSDN to figure this out. I just need to know if I should even bother
(if someone happens to be i the know)

I do realize that just doing this in C would solve the problem but I have to
admit that VB has fit the bill lately.

Thanks,
Christopher Johnson
