That's exactly the right place here. Only if you want to discuss new unofficial
features, povray.unofficial-patches would be better.

I don't want to offend you on the first steps, but it's quite uncommon to post
here in german, because english is the most common language among the users
here. Of course there does not stand anything against explaining some more
complicated things in german if you are not familiar with the special vocabulary
in english.
