I'm not happy with this quickres.ini pull down menu.
User definable is a good thing, but in this case I believe that a
series of predefined menus would be faster and more flexible to use.
How about removing those ridiculous internet links and get several
pull down menus instead, i.e.
|400x300| |am1 0.3| |png| |X10| |D|
.. .. .. .. ..
800x600 am1 0.2 tga X15 -
1024x768 am2 0.1 bmp C
usw. ..

Those rediculous internet links act as a reminder to visit the home
page for updates of the program and also to direct your attention
to the sales of the IRTC CD ROM which helps support this news server
and the other online resoures that the POV-Team offers. If the
POV-Team wants to do a little advertizing on the menu bar that is
fine with me considering what we pay for the program.
If you don't like the quickres.ini style of interface the commandline
is still at your disposal.

Those links are also found under the help menu. I just think the buttons
should be reserved for frequent commands and settings.

I would prefer that when you click on "Run" you get a little window where
you fill in the blanks for settings and it remembers the last settings used.
Sort of like that thing that guy made for animations. Remember? He added
another button. You know, whathisname...

Try using the "ini" button.

The command line field is also easier to use :)

As long as alt-g does _not_ do this but renders the image immediately.

Hm, yes. That matter of taste thing. Perhaps I just don't feel like
using the keyboard, etc. etc.
I just think this 'feature' would be better than quickres, esp. for new
users.
