Now they're running scheduled rolling blackouts. And by "scheduled rolling
blackouts," they evidently mean "completely random." Certainly nothing
correlating with the schedule they posted.

And this has nothing to do with Tropical Storm Grace. Grace isn't here yet.

"Rolling"? Did I say "rolling"? I'm checking around, and there doesn't seem to
be *any* electricity *anywhere.*

At least my phone is working... for now.
