Which one of the girls or what part of them is plastic and why did you
fall for it?

That's not plastic. That's silicone.

In any case, congrats!

Yeah. I don't get to keep the shield - they're sending that away to have
my name engraved on it. But I get to keep the plastic cup.

Oh, what, her with the long curly blonde hair?

Yeah, she's lovely. Doesn't talk much, but a very nice girl all the same.

Actually, they're *all* really nice people. With the possible exception
of Sheryl, who's a bit bitchy sometimes...

By the number of plaques already on it yours might be the last name to go
on it. The cup does look nice though; striated?

Almost tempted (if it wouldn't be so creepy) to join the dance class :-)

I imagine they start taking old names off or something... I don't
actually know. It goes back at least 20 years though (although it
doesn't appear to have an entry for *every* year).

The cup, as noted, is silvered plastic. Hence "amazing what you can do
with a bit of plastic".

Hell, we *never* have enough men! It's amazing the number of married
women who come along without their husbands because they just aren't
interested in dancing. You would /imagine/ a Rock & Roll class having
lots of cute young girls in it as well... in general, you would be
disappointed. Although just lately we've been getting a lot more of
them, as the picture shows.

I'm guessing the commute from Stourport to Milton Keynes would be a
killer though. :-P
