ROFL! good advice though...
You can always get your system just the way you like it, create a virtual
machine, nuke windows with a 25x random wipe, install linux, load your VM
and have fun. ;)

You misinterpreted the last sentence - it actually describes /why/ you
should indeed uninstall 'Microsoft Windows Operating System': Because
uninstalling /applications/ can "leave registry keys that bloat your
registry". So uninstall the entire operating system instead :-P

On the plus side, uninstalling this application in particular will surely
not leave registry keys.
