Dyson spheres of *brass*, if you're talking Gordon Freeman.

A conway notation of knots.

No. (I don't even understand what that means...)

There is of course the basic indeterminate form in calculus.
0/0 cannot be set and as such, it's freedom for the man.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indeterminate_form

Or the fact that 0/0 has become %, and that a freeman was to work for
its income (in opposition to a serf or a salary-man). With some hairy
thoughts, "Therefore", "0/0 = Freeman" is a reference to Adam being
expelled of the paradise, hence, the bible.

You may be getting closer to the answer.

> Or the fact that 0/0 has become %

No. The 0/0 part is meant to be literally that (in other words, it's
not ascii art).

In some country, undefined or indeterminate has another word for it that sounds
like a freed man.

Really? Even if that's so, it's not the answer.

I don't know what friday has to do with it, but ok.

If you calculate 0/0 on a computer you get NaN. "Freeman" is a reference
to Gordon Freeman, who was also referred to as the "free man" in HL2. So
the above is a reference to The Prisoner:

"I am Not a Number, I am a Free man!"

Yeah, I said it was obscure.

huh, Gordon Freeman doesn't need to be there, Freeman alone conveys the
idea of a free man just right. :)
