  You didn't understand. I didn't mean to say that the CPU fan noise is
not normal. I said that the fan going at 4000 RPM is not normal (because
its normal speed is somewhere around 2500 RPM).

  Anyways, so far it seems that a BIOS setting fixed the problem.
