	Not really what you're whining about, but:

	He says it at the end, but for those too lazy to watch the whole thing, 
he was about 40 years old when he did that, and just at around 35 he was 
not in great shape, and smoking a pack a day, etc.

	So you can change.

	But don't listen to those who say "You're still young". That's the 
attitude that will ensure you don't change.

	According to his web site, he was more like 28 when he quit smoking and 
drinking.
