I'd heard a similar rumour, not sure about it, though. I guess it
depends on if you're prepared for different styles or not. Maybe he
wasn't.

Just went for another walk. My legs are a lot better today, but they're
still not right. The walk was pretty easy this time, although it did
make my sternum hurt. (??!) And by the end of it, my legs were hurting
more than when I started. (But in a different place...)
