In fact, actually, the idle time is only telling you how long your PC 
has been idle for; the real uptime would be longer.

Open a console and type "systeminfo". One of the lines is the uptime.
Although it might have rolled over.

Ha, I didn't even know there were more columns you could turn on.
42 hours and change, but that's active time since last reboot.  Doesn't 
count time in hibernation.

169 hours for mine, must have been a while since an automatic update needed 
a restart...
