I never understood the "love" some people have for emacs. It strikes me
as the poster child for bloatware, not so much in and of itself, but all
the addons.

I actually checked less's man-page and --help last night, before writing
that message. I didn't find the way.

I was cursing man pages "since before Linux" if you'll note. Solaris did
this crap back when OpenWindows was cutting edge and VT100s were the norm.

Vim can also open multiple files, either in a split window or in tabs. Yes,
even in text mode.
